Feminism through the worlds eye and translated through art.

I just want to start by saying that I’m not going to write about what ‘I think’ feminism is because this is isn’t about what i think. Feminism is a term that gets thrown around a lot these days. Everyone’s views about it are completely different and that’s why i find it so fascinating. I love hearing about how others feel about it, both for and against. The way that it is almost deemed as a fashion statement so that organisations can use it to trick you into buying their products because it should make you ‘feel beautiful’ when really it just makes you look fat in that top so you buy another item that will satisfy that hole. This is a subject that I’m just starting to explore and so far it is just mind blowing. When i say 'a worlds perspective’ I’ll be using the environment and the world around me to get opinions and perspectives from. I work in a mostly male environment at work and just hearing what they have to say about it is hilarious, in a light hearted way should i say. It’s like when your out in town on a Friday night completely sober, just watching what’s happening around you can be interesting.

So what does feminism mean to you?
